Short answer
Merchant Fund Express funds work vehicles for existing franchise businesses: service vans, box trucks, cargo vans, equipment trailers and delivery cars used by the business, from $5,000 to $5,000,000. The vehicle usually goes on equipment financing; upfit, wraps, insurance deposits and the new crew's first payroll fit working capital. Send the dealer quote, three months of business bank statements and owner ID. A complete file usually gets a decision in 2–4 hours. Personal or consumer car purchases are not part of it.

The math that gets a truck approved
The reviewer is asking one question: can the business carry the new payment in a slow week? A truck that puts a second crew on the road is easy to read when your deposits already show more booked work than one crew can handle. Mention your backlog, your waitlist or the commercial contract the truck is for.
A hypothetical example, not a past transaction: a two-year-old restoration franchise turns down water jobs every storm because its one van is booked. The owner asks for $68,000: a used extraction van on a dealer quote plus $9,000 for upfit and the new technician's first month. The van goes on equipment financing, the upfit and payroll on working capital, both sized against the business's average monthly deposits.

Before you sign at the dealer
Title in the business name
Buy the vehicle in the name of the entity that applies, so the asset and the payment sit in the same company.
Know the upfit total
Shelving, ladder racks, extraction units and wraps can add up fast. Put them in the request now rather than coming back later.
Insurance ready
Commercial auto coverage is usually needed before the vehicle goes into service. Have your agent's quote in hand.
One truck or two?
If the backlog supports two crews, ask for both in one file. One decision is faster than two.
Already have a vehicle note or an advance on the books? It is considered, not an automatic decline. List it on the application so the new payment is sized against everything the business already carries. If you run several territories in separate companies, read Separate LLCs before you apply; the truck should sit in the entity whose deposits support it.
What to send
500+ FICO accepted. No tax returns to apply. Sole proprietors are eligible, and ITIN applicants are accepted. Spanish-speaking support available.
Owner questions, answered
Can my franchise finance a work van or box truck?
Yes. Merchant Fund Express funds work vehicles used by operating franchise businesses, usually through equipment financing.
Can I fund a used vehicle?
Yes. Send the seller or dealer quote with year, make and model.
Is this a personal car loan?
No. It funds vehicles the business uses to earn revenue, not personal or family cars.
Can the upfit and wrap be funded too?
Yes. Shelving, equipment, wraps and the crew's first payroll usually go on working capital.
How fast can I get the truck?
A complete file usually gets a decision in 2–4 hours, and most files go from application to funds in under 72 hours.
