Merchant Fund Express funds existing owners from $5,000 to $5,000,000: equipment financing, working capital, a credit line, a business loan, revenue-based financing or an advance against deposits. | Revenue-based financing | Payments that follow monthly receipts, matching a weather-driven business. |
| Line of credit | Draw during storm weeks, repay when the carrier payments land. |

| Working capital | Technician wages, fuel, consumables and marketing to local agents and adjusters. |
What PuroClean owners call about
Equipment runs out on big losses
One commercial job can absorb every dehumidifier, leaving none for the next call.
Insurance-referral receivables
National referrals bring steady work, but the payment arrives on the carrier's timetable, not yours.
Surge staffing
Storm weeks need extra technicians fast, and they expect a paycheck before the first invoice is collected.
Adding a unit
Plenty of PuroClean owners go multi-office, and each new office needs its own van, gear and launch budget.
Fastest fit for each PuroClean need
| The need | Usually fits | Send with the application |
|---|---|---|
| Double the drying fleet before storm season | Equipment financing | Equipment quote |
| Carrier invoices stacking up | Invoice factoring | Receivables aging |
| Extra techs for a large commercial loss | Line of credit | Job scope and payroll estimate |
| Launch a second PuroClean office | Business loan | Budget for the new office |
| Agent and adjuster marketing push | Revenue-based financing | Campaign plan |
Why PuroClean royalties matter to the payment size
PuroClean's 2026 disclosure document sets a mitigation royalty that starts at 10% of gross receipts and steps down toward 3% as annual receipts grow, with reconstruction at 3% and a 2% marketing fee. A newer office sends a bigger share of each job to the franchisor, and the payment has to reflect that.
Merchant Fund Express reads the office's actual deposits, subtracts those drafts and any vehicle or equipment payments from the startup package, and offers what fits. Many owners still carry payments on the startup vehicle and equipment package; list them up front.

A PuroClean file, start to finish (hypothetical)
A PuroClean owner lands a water loss at a 30-unit apartment building while two residential jobs are still drying. They need 25 more air movers, 8 dehumidifiers and three temporary technicians, and ask for $48,000. A specialist could put the gear on equipment financing and cover the extra labor with a line of credit repaid when the property's carrier pays.

Owner questions, answered
Can a PuroClean owner finance more drying equipment?
Yes. Send the quote. Air movers, dehumidifiers and extractors at an operating office are routine equipment requests.
Insurance referrals pay slowly. Can I get funded on those invoices?
Yes. Factoring or a line of credit bridges the wait between finishing a job and collecting from the carrier.
I want a second PuroClean office. Can the first one fund it?
Yes. An operating office with deposit history can support capital for the next one.
How fast is the decision?
Usually 2–4 hours on a complete file, with same-day funding available. No tax returns to apply.
Are you affiliated with PuroClean?
No. We have no business tie to PuroClean or the company that franchises it, and neither has endorsed us. The name is on this page only so PuroClean owners can find funding written for their locations.
